I like liquid supplements because most times I feel that they have the ability to absorb better/faster than other types of supplements. I generally take them sublingually (under my tongue) and hold it there for a minute or two before swallowing to maximize absorption. This supplement tastes pretty good, so taking it this way isn't a problem at all.
The supplement comes in a dark brown bottle that is well sealed to prevent tampering and to prevent light degradation of the product. The dropper and bottle are glass, which prevents plastic contamination as well, which is beneficial, especially these days when there is so much plastic contamination to contend with.
My husband and I are older on our weight loss journeys, and preserving muscle is paramount, as that becomes more and more difficult as we age. We are hoping to not only preserve, but add a little muscle as well, and are hopeful that this blend will help in achieving that. We've considered mixing it with our creatine drinks, which would make taking this even easier than it already is, but will stick to sublingual for now, unless we continue to add to our regimen.
We are looking forward to reaping the health benefits of this easy to use supplement, and consider it a decent value. We have not experienced any negative side effects at all, gastric or otherwise, while taking it so far. If something does crop up I that potential users need to know about, I will update this review.
